Findlay Garden and Greenbrier Apartments

TLDR; The apartment I was fortunate to have was a cozy second home to me, and it is one of my most favorite housings so far. Findlay itself may be a bit boring compared to the other cities I used to live in, but it is much safer and more hospitable, I would personally give it a 4.5/5 stars. Most of the issues are either not the complex's fault or are not unbearable to live with, yet still it has the potential to become an amazing residence. I lived in this apartment complex for almost three years, here is why I gave it 4.5/5 score :- + Awesome Manager: If I could give Mrs. Caroline Stevens (the current property manager as of 10/18/2025) a full five stars I would! Management is very sincere and always very helpful with all leasing needs. Maintenance is completed in timely manner and love all the upgrades.

I have absolutely loved these apartments. Everytime we have had an issue the management and maintenance staff have been right there to help fix it. They are super nice and friendly. These apartments are very well kept and clean and i definitely recommend taking a look and moving out here if you need a new place. They are very affordable for the area we live in and it’s definitely worth the try!

Everyone here has been super patient and helpful. I had issues with my account when they changed to online and they were very reassuring.
