Fifth Street Townhomes

Moving into this complex was a smooth process. Any questions I had, the manager Jace answered right away and even walked me through some of the process. I’ve been in this complex for 2 months now and I am appreciative of the maintenance upkeep and the quietness of the area. I definitely recommend the complex and the area if you are looking for peace of mind. I also appreciate additional services that management have recently added to their business such as the Flex program. I know this will be a beneficial addition, showing his care for his tenants! Great job team!

I can't say enough good things about Jace. He has been so attentive from the very start of me just browsing apartments to helping me get moved in and settled. I'm blown away by his integrity and work ethic. I had previously moved out of a different apartment complex where everything was done electronically. It was so nice being able to meet Jace in person, and have him return all of my calls and emails. His attention to detail is great. He is very good at his job. 10/10 I would recommend.
