I had a great experience with a transaction today as the loan officer (Michigan Mortgage Exchange). Gina was very pleasant and helpful when balancing the final numbers so that the closing would go smooth today after the holiday. The entire staff is friendly, kind and professional.

UPDATE: I do not know why you are saying you have no record when Kathy has left me TWO messages asking me to remove my review! - We have bought and sold many homes. Dealing with this title company was by far the worst experience we have endured. First, knowing there was a lien on the condo we were selling they attempted to get me to skirt the legalities of condo law and have me sign anyway. Second, they tried to take an escrow of a final water bill of $300 when the water bill has never been more than $58 per month (it ended up being $22 btw), now I have to wait for them to send our money back, third, they wanted me to go ahead and close despite the wire of funds not being available and hand over the keys and pick up my check when funds were in and fourth, they wanted to keep my original

Somtimes in business we experience circumstances that are not ideal. Lack of perfection is a part of human existence. However, when that happens, there is a great opportunity. An opportunity to loose respect or to step up to the plate and own responsibility. I must say in the beginning my experience lacked "perfection" but the circle back and efforts to hear and to make things right were nothing less than stellar. The management made sure me as an agent and my clients were heard and made every effort to make the situation right. As people we don't always hit the bullseye at first attempt but it is what happens after, that is critical. It is not what you do but what you do next! My experience Fidelity is that they won't finish until its made right. That is top tier service, 5/5 effort

They’re processor‘s, representatives, and closers are knowledgeable and very professional. I have and will continue to use them on my personal real estate transactions let alone my business clients
