I would not recommend using this agency. I recently saw a home for rent online, called into this agency (as they were the listing agency), and spoke with Aris Logan. I was instructed to visit the home that weekend as he was holding an open house. I visited the home, filled out the application and provided all requested documents to Aris Logan. I have still yet to hear if I was approved or denied for the home. This was very unprofessional as I’ve been calling the agency to get updates and was told I would have one by last Friday. I understand that the agent probably works to help sell homes and I am sure that is his primary focus but it’s terrible customer service to disregard my calls and emails when I have sent ALL my personal information.
