Chuck Debord is the best!!! He doesn't pressure my clients into more profitable loans for himself like many others lenders have and still do. He also delivers bad news (didn't pass fha appraisal, can't get underwriter approval, etc) himself. Yes, believe it or not some lenders have real estate agents deliver the bad news as if we don't have our own (uh...sorry 27k over asking price still didn't get it)! Honestly I don't hear much from him throughout the loan process because he is busy getting it done. These are just a few of the reasons I refer him almost exclusively now. Thanks CHUCK!!
