We had good experience with Dana, Aeron & Neil. Recently, one of our AC unit was replaced with new unit during holiday season. Management is proactively evaluating HVAC units for replacements rather than continuously repairing. Facility is located at a great location for our business.

Worst people to work with. They would take days just to reply to an email. I would have to call them more than one time just to get an answer, and at times they wouldn't even answer the phone after calling them more than 5 times in one day. And I am not the only person this was done to, as I have a friend who had previously tried to lease with them as well, about 3 months ago specifically, and same issues. They are so unprofessional. Both my friend and I provided the references needed. If they would've rejected us, we would have understood. It was the lack of communication and professionalism that really upset both of us. It takes a lot from me to even leave a bad review. I always try to reach out before leaving a bad review, but like I said they are unresponsive and unprofessional. T
