Father & Son Property Maintenance

I was under the impression that we had plans to view a home..got up early on my day off to get ready to go see the place, no show no response no decency or consideration to even let me know the viewing was a no go. Would hate to have someone that inconsiderate and nonresponsive as a landlord, glad I dodged a bullet!

Was told by another company that my A/C would need a new contactor board and needed recharged. Then was told they will not charge it because of the type freon it uses. Recommended I replace the system. Steve came out replaced the board, and recharged the system at fraction of the cost. My A/C is up and running and the house is comfortable. Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done around your home. On time, respectful, do the job right attitude, and great customer service.

This company was so AWESOME!! They worked diligently in the freezing cold for two days to fix my frozen water pipes. Every staff member I met was very professional, and very very friendly and understanding as to how important this was to me, and the overall cost due to living on a limited income. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the kind of services this company provides. Please give them a call and they will work with you until the issues you need fixed are completed!!! I am so grateful to them!!! I feel each service they provide will be what they feel is a fair price!!

FATHER AND SON, drove by and saw our tree down, totally blocking Jay Drive . They leaped out of their truck and said, "I have a chainsaw" and they cut up the huge 45 foot tree trunk so that the road was cleared. NOW THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND ! We hired them about a month ago when our AC unit went out. After having 2 other companies come out and tell us that there was nothing that could be done except replace the entire unit for well over $10,000, Father and Son came out and patched up our old unit with a temp fix to get us by. Once I got the quote, they were $1000's below the comp. We decided to hire them and everything went as planned. His crew was on time, polite and cleaned things up really well after the work was complete. Things went well enough that I hired them to replace some flooring after the AC was finished.
