The manager Kevin went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable with the move in experience. This is our first apartment and he was very patient explaining the process and very excited to move into our new home!

Amazing and fast experience getting into my first apartment. Letitia was very kind, helpful and made sure to do everything she could to meet my needs.

Met with Tisha and was so pleased to see that there is still real customer service out there! We toured a few spots and Tisha did the best job BY FAR! THANK YOU TISHA!!!

I used to give this place 4 stars it was decent, since a year ago they’ve changed companies again, the maintenance all left due to the management as well as the management has all left due to upper management. All for them to change companies again. In regards to my personal apartment which is in very good condition because I can’t stand trashy appearances and waiting for the non existent maintenance, but the outside appearance is what’s struggling. Trash trucks come once a week which is great but there’s been mattresses and sofas and trash scattered around the dumpster and property for months and with no maintenance they just get scattered around more. I go around and pickup and put stuff in the dumpsters, what trash is out to help keep my “apartments” looking nice. The trash, mattresses,

Today I met the lady in charge of Faris Residential for our area. I must say I was quite impressed. Kayla (or Kaylee sorry) was great. Sorted out my new rent problems and log-in headaches Immediately. She put all my concerns about the new owners completely at rest. Also Dominck has been great. I see him around here a lot. Always very helpful. Highly recommend these apartments.
