I've been in my apartment for almost eleven months , and it's hell. I was told that when I moved in that one of the bedrooms, they were going to make it into a bigger bathroom for me. The maintenance man Erike, the little work he did was not done properly they put up drywall and tile before doing pipes. The toilet sink and tub , it's just not done. Can't use my front porthe wood is rotten, and there's a refrigerator in my front hallway. The tiny bathroom that I do use does not have a sink in it. the floor is rottin, and every time it rains, I get slugs in my bathroom. And there is mold in the bathroom. I've been living in my apartment for just under 3 years & everything (including National Grid) have ALWAYS been included. Yesterday I received a letter from National Grid informing me that utilities have been disconnected at my address by Faith Multi Services & I need to immediately set up an account with them or be disconnected PERMANENTLY! This came with absolutely NO notification from these crooked property managers!!! When I called & spoke to them about this I was informed that they DO NOT & HAVE NEVER paid for utilities on ANY of their properties! Then the woman rudely hung up on me & now just won't answer my calls AT ALL! Faith Multi Services...SHAME ON YOU! THIS IS AN ILLEGAL ATTEMPT TO EVICT! The proper authorities have been advised & will be in contact with you shortly. A

They only cares about money , the persons how live upstairs throw garbage to my house , they trespassing to my house , stealing my package, every time my daughter is playing they throw glass , shoes and rocks. They throw eggs to my car , ect We can’t even be in peace on my own home . I talk to Frances multiple times and she just ignores me , she only cares about money . Shame on her.

Id give them a zero if i could. Doesnt uphold the lease, ignore calls whenever you have a issue even if its a serious one like your furnace going out in the middle of winter. They will not be honest with you and will threaten eviction when you bring up the problems to them. Then they hold onto your security deposit and refuse to send a list of damages with a receipt. If you want a horrible manager these are the ones.

Very well organized company, I been renting from them for 2 years now and had no serious issues. I needed a repair done in my apartment and they got it done in a timely manner.. I definitely would recommend them to others..
