Fairwood Realty Management

This is the first time I have ever left a review and I cant express enough how unprofessional this company is. Lisa who is now running the company after her father Dan stepped down hung up on me today. Like father like daughter their voices are the only thing to be heard. You can not speak to them nor even think about having a conversation with them because they are so ignorant and rude. The 2.4 rating they hold is higher than it should be. Its time the BBB gets involved with this company. I hate that I HAVE to deal with them. This company should not be in business!

I have had an exceelent experience with Fairwood Management Company. They are organized and responsive. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable and professional HOA management!

Fairwood is the best management company I have ever deal with. I have been involved in several management companies in Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia. Fairwood surpasses all of those by a mile. I would have given them a perfect rating, but they do let some things fall through the cracks at times. They are friendly, helpful, and willing to work with us to improve. They are honest and sincere in their dealings. They are a very good value for the price they charge.

If they run your HOA it will not be a family friendly place. They also are apparently terrible at handling money because they increased the HOA fees and then added on a special assessment fee that was $200 ish last year to $1700 probably for the foreseeable future.

Fairwood does not accomplish anything. They don't respond to voicemails and they close at 4:00pm M-F. It's a disgrace.
