Midtown Apartments

$3,000 per month for a three-bedroom apartment with a two-car garage. The apartment was new when we moved in, August 2025. Midtown is a nice property with nice amenities including a workout facility and salt water pool (open just four+ months a year). Consider elements of our experience: -- Very frequent leasing office turnover leads to a loss of focus on fixing problems and loss of institutional knowledge -- The Luxor package delivery system and centralized package room configuration has led to our most persistent and significant frustration at the property. With the passing of my wife in August, I wanted to return back home to Buffalo New York where I spent 55 years of my life. My son did most of the legwork and getting me to the Midtown Apartments and Eric was especially helpful because I was living in Tucson, Arizona and had to do things online or via phone. Eric Beardsley found me the perfect apartment and I will be here until my new house is completed in Lockport New York.

We were without heat for basically 5 weeks. I requested twice to have some one from corporate to call me and consider a partial reduction for Dec or January rent. I just think it would be fair. No call.

We have lived in our luxury apartment home for almost a year now. We are very pleased with the convenience of everything. The office and maintenance staff are outstanding, and they respond to every need promptly. We are renewing our lease for another year. We recently submitted 2 maintenance requests, and both were taken care of promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Will the maintenance gentleman is outstanding!

If you’re good at drywall, own a few space heaters, noise canceling headphones and good car insurance…you found your spot. Drywall cracks, roof leaks, someone showed up with a bucket. It’s been weeks so we slapped a patch on it so the drywall was not crumbling into our washing machine. It’s leaking again still not fixed. Have two Dyson heat fans because the sliding door and bedroom windows let the cold in. If your neighbor likes music or has kids yup you guessed it….live dj sets and crying kids come in loud and clear. Get a garage and park inside the suv was hit by the company and they want you to get 3 quotes to price shop for them. The people walking around you would think at 2400 a month and the app process it would keep the riff raff out nope. The pools nice tho
