We worked with the Kacala Team, Jeanine and Christopher and wow! They truly made you feel like you were family and the only client they had. They would drop anything at any time to chat, to look at houses, to put together signings etc. Jeanine stayed up numerous nights as late as she had to to ensure we put a bid on the house we wanted. Excellent real estate company! A pleasure to work with! Been working with my agent Bill Clarke. He has given me so much of his time to show my wife and I at least 20 houses. He is very patient, always very kind, pays attention to detail, follows up with us after showing a house. He is a man of his word. We can tell he really has our best interest in mind. We really love working with Bill, and when it's time for us to sell our house we will certainly be calling him. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this one has to be said. If you want a realty agent who protects you as the seller then do NOT use HUNT. Our realtor was friends with the buyers realtor and protected them the whole way through. After making a complaint, Her boss said she would take over but that never happened. Our Realtor lied to us on multiple occasions, didn’t follow up and didn’t do her job. Very unprofessional and would bad mouth other realtors, agents and clients to us. That should have been a sign to not hire her. If you choose them make sure you document everything like I’m glad we did, you will need it later trust me. Will never use them again and I should have listened to the others people we met that said the same about her and warned us not to trust her. I plan on

Very disappointing experience with Lori Jordan. Would not recommend her to my worst enemy. No communication and acts like she could care less.
