Park Lane Apartments

Its been a great experience so far. Very easy move in process and maintenance has been on top of things. Neighbors have been friendly enough and the complex is a great little community that reminds me of the Gilmore Girls, especially with the very sweet pond. Very happy with my move here.

Let me start by saying Samantha is great! But everything else about this place sucked! We had not fully moved out and they changed the locks on our mailbox and we witnessed the maintenance man ( can’t remember his name but he’s the one who was sleeping with the married leasing agent) enter our apartment unannounced. Unethical! Among many other issues that I don’t have room to post here! WARNING: DON’T RENT HERE!

If you consider moving into Park Lane Apartments !!!! STAY AWAY!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOUR DEPOSIT. Absolutely disgusted with how this company treated us. Me and my Fiancée were tenants for 4+ years , my own grandfather , a retired employee of 15+ years who they would still call after he was retired. We lived with our 2 dogs we kept the place very very clean. During property wide updates and renovations we attempted to have them update our floors, THEY DENIED US. After moving out finally, they did a last walkthrough, never mentioned ANYTHING that would cost us our deposit or penalty. If so , I would have went in and scrubbed the carpet myself , but silly me thinking they would just replace the carpet after being there 4+ years (HOW DISGUSTING). I had to call emergency maintenance for my heat and Jesse, who answered the phone was great! He was able to have Patrick at my apartment in no time and Patrick was so pleasant. He showed me how to adjust the issue if it happens again and was very professional! Thank you to the both of you!

Apartment searching for my autistic sonwas difficult until we came across Park Lane. We were greeted by Samantha., she went above and beyond to make the application process easier . She was super helpful !! She spoke to my son Christopher with a very kind and compassionate way , he took a real liking to her and said mom she can be my aunt ! Lol!! Just saying her professionalism and Kindness really stuck with us!! Park lane ,,, she’s a keeper!!! ❤️
