Fairways of Jackson

The apartment itself was very nice and well kept. The management company is the WORST!!! Very seldom did I get a response to an inquiry and they nickel and dime the hell out of you with refunding your deposit. I don’t know anyone who got their full deposit back. I would recommend finding a different place to rent!!!!

First, let me say that our actual apartment was great. Spacious for the price and up to date. Clean when we moved in. That's where the good things end. For the first several months we lived there the fire alarm would randomly go off at all hours of the day, sending the Jackson FD to investigate each time. It took about 3 months of arguing with the property manager to finally have someone come fix it. After calling him at 10pm when the fire alarm was going off for the 5th time I got yelled at and cussed out after letting him know that the problem was unacceptable and needed to be fixed. Both property managers are incredibly difficult to get a hold of, rude, and trying to get anything fixed is a nightmare. Management of the grounds was also rough. We lived here for 3 years and it was a comfortable, warm, affordable home in a great location with access to the best amenities in Stark County. Management always responded promptly with any concerns and repair requests. We had a positive experience here.

My husband and I stayed in a 2bed 2bath for one year at Fairways. VERY spacious. We loved the porch/patio and garage space. Bonus was having laundry in the unit. Management was very accomodating when we needed anything, we would recommend Fairways as its close to everything but out of the busy-ness of Belden.

Been here 3 weeks an can't get things fixed. Fire alarm goes off a couple times a week but I think they may have fixed it. The management company doesn't let you know if they are going to fix anything an won't answer your emails but expect the rent. It's a very quiet place an neighbors are nice.
