Fairfax Village

Gorgeous property, and even better Customer Service! I loved touring an apartment there, and the grounds. The best part of this apartment complex is hands down the pool! Gorgeous and well maintained, lovely lounge chairs, and grills that are able to be utilized! Definitely one of the best properties in the area

Living at Fairfax village was great. I lived in the Revere which was very spacious and felt modern. The property was gorgeous, family friendly, and the staff/maintenance was always responsive and helpful.

rodent and bug infestation in the townhouses, even in different buildings and they cant resolve the problems. they travel inbetween the townhomes through the vents and the under stair cubby that goes right behind the kitchens in all apartments connected together, they get onto the counters and into everything at night. i have plenty of photos and videos of caught mice on sticky pads and this apartment complex would not resolve the problem. neighbors spray peppermint spray through there apartments that spred through the walls and under the stairs and come right into your apartment. they would not break the lease and sent us to collections even with all the proof over months on months of dealing with this and could not solve the problem. dont move here to the townhouses. central falls has cl

DO NOT COME We pay thousands of dollars for a farm of mice every few days we catch a mouse they climb on the oven and walk around during the day and night and mice everywhere just recently as you can see in the picture we found 4 mice in one night terrible.

I live in the annexes and love it here! Great location and excellent communication from the staff! I have been living here for two years and plan on resigning!
