Fairfax Crossing

I have lived at Fairfax Crossing since 2019, and to be honest it's the safest place and quiet and if I didn't need a first floor 3brdm apartment I would not move from here!!! P.s Ms. Anna is the best.

Victoria in the office is so helpful and very professional. Overall just a great person to deal with and she made things super simple! The staff there are very pleasant and they have really cleaned up a lot! The property is always looking sharp and clean. Definitely recommend coming here if you need an affordable apartment in a timely manner.

The apartments are very spacious yet roach infested and they almost never come and spray! The grass is full of dog poop and parking is ridiculous. They have you going though loops to get a parking sticker and if family or anyone is visiting they have to park in visitors which is very far away from the building literally buildings away and it’s terribly labeled. My handicap dad visited me a few nights ago and when he came out there was a boot on his car and he was told he had to pay $150 to get the boot removed and park buildings away in visitors. They’re towing cars & putting boots on them but not fixing the real problems. The laundry room is gross, half the machines barely work and the dryers don’t dry. The “gym”? lol… a joke. They changed the name to Fairfax and fixed the office up but t

Needed a 3 bedroom apartment fast. Victoria, the leasing agent in the office, was amazing. She made everything so easy for us. We were in the apartment within a couple of days after applying. The apartments are well kept, and maintenance keeps the outside looking sharp. Everyone that we've met that works here is just great. Thank you, Victoria, for your most friendly and professional manner.

Rodrick was very quick to respond to my maintenance request and explained my problem with the thermostat. Solution immediate! He is very professional, very friendly and very efficient with his work.
