Fair Oaks Senior Apartments

My mother lives in this senior apartment complex, and while it’s supposed to be a safe and supportive environment for older residents, the management has made that nearly impossible. Just a couple of months ago, the complex suddenly switched to assigned parking, which has caused unnecessary confusion and stress for seniors — some of whom have memory or mobility challenges. Expecting elderly residents to remember parking changes or explain them to guests is unreasonable. This policy recently led to my brother’s car being towed, resulting in a large fee and emotional hardship for our family. On top of that, management has been dismissive and combative. Beautiful community, sometimes limit space with parking but other than that lovely place to live, manager in office is really nice.

Based on income yet I've been here 6 months and they're already asking for $100 more a month, the parking is ridiculous there's not enough parking and you can't control your own water heater although you pay for it. Elevator was down for a month with handicapped on third floor.
