Wanted to make offer on some property in fentress county,so we contacted Dino Cates.He would not submit the offer to the seller because he thought it was too low.He was extremely rude and snarky.A good realtor submittes all offers to sellers and let's them decide if it's too low or not.I then contacted a Real realtor that actually helped us buy land.So in short..Thank you Dino for showing us what a realtor should Not do!

The woman I was working with was extremely nice. Very knowledgeable about the area. We ended up purchasing a home in Baxter. Very nice little town not far from everything. Susan was just wonderful. Like working with an old friend. So glad we made the move from PA to TN. Just love it here.

We bought a beautiful home in Crossville TN. Our agent was Cathy Phillips. She was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She answered all of our questions in a timely matter and made our experience a great one. Buying a home is always stressful, but Cathy made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

My husband and I have bought 3 homes through Exit Rocky Top Realty. They are so kind and efficient. They took care of our needs promptly! We didn’t have an appointment or anything, but Ms. Price came down the road right away when we called to show us the place. Well, things have a way of being challenging at times.
