FERA Gonzalez was the absolute worst agent to deal with. She talked as if she was certain about the property and knew exactly what needed to be done. Not only did she give bad information, but she doesn't reply to emails and text messages. I rushed to fill out all paperwork asked for and she didn't turn any of it in. Instead I was asked to resubmit documents I already handed in. After giving her the first months rent, security, and an additional two months rent up front the criteria changed and I was sent through hoops to ultimately get denied.
