My husband and I are first time home buyers. We found a consultant named Irene Diaz on Facebook. We reached out to her about purchasing a home. At first, all was good until she started to give us the wrong information which caused us to get 2 hard inquiries from 2 different lenders and no progress. We had a hard time getting the correct info from her and the lender she set us up with. After more than 4 months of trying to take the next step, we finally decided to go with a different agent/lender. I left a respectable message only to get a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL message in response from Irene! She also left a rude voicemail to us!
