Excel on The Hudson

I’ve lived in this building for 4 years. Staff: Main office is great with responding to emails and helping with any questions you may have. Maintenance takes a day or two to respond but for the most part never have to come back a 2nd day to fix the problem. Living space: They’ve recently started renovating apartments. Seems to be decent quality for the area. This is the best time to move in because everything in the apartments is brand new. One issue we have had in the older apartments has to do with the heat. Some apartments get warmer than others. Every winter I have to seal up my windows and balcony door to keep the heat in. But I’ve never lived in an apartment where the heat was perfect.
