Evergreen Terrace

I have lived here since July 2025 and have ongoing issues with ceiling mold and water leaks when it rains, damaged bathroom door and patio mesh screening falling apart. The water also leaks very close to the ceiling fans electrical base that can potentially be an electrical hazard(see photos). I have placed several maintenance request and emails about these issues and nothing comes of it. I should have known something was wrong when they tried to deny their moving specials after I moved in that was advertised on their websites and across two other apps.

The “5-star” comments are paid actors for sure! I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a stable or comfortable living environment. I’ve lived here going on 6 years and the last 4 of these years have been a sad case. My experience has been overshadowed by ongoing neighbor harassment that management has repeatedly failed to address. Despite multiple reports and requests for help, issues are either dismissed or met with minimal follow-through. The property management team itself changes so frequently that it’s nearly impossible to get consistent communication or resolution. I recently had some work done in my apartment, and I have to give credit where it’s due! William was efficient, professional, and got everything done the same day I put my request in. And if you ever need anything handled, Miss Irene in the office is the one to call — she does not play about getting things taken care of. She makes sure it gets done every time. I have lived at Evergreen Terrace for a while now and have experienced ongoing issues that management has not properly addressed. I reported repeated loud noise disturbances from my upstairs neighbor, which violate quiet hours, and filed multiple police reports. Additionally, I reported leaks and mold in my unit. Contractors painted over the mold without properly addressing the underlying problem, and it has since returned. Many of my service requests have been closed without resolution. I also requested a transfer to another unit due to these issues, but management required me to reapply and pay again, rather than offering a reasonable solution. Raven was highly exceptional when I viewed this appointment. I can generally say that I felt as if I was part of the Evergreen family. She provided a great deal of knowledge and comfort as I issac asked questions in regards to the apartment and some of the features and options that they had not only would she patience but overall kind and welcoming.
