We closed with them representing buyers for our property, so we had no choice but to work with them. Communication was poor even though we know English and Mandarin; this is a question of professionalism. Not thorough at all and we still received a random email here and there because someone mistakenly mass emailed everyone or forgot something. They are realtors representing buyers and also the title company handling the settlement, which I think is a conflict of interest, so they have more of an interest for the buyers. They like to sugarcoat their emails in order to manipulate negotiations, so that when you give an inch, they take a foot. We were firm about so many things, but they just could not take no for an answer until you give them a mouthful to make them stop, very unprofessional

I would give this settlement company zero stars, if I could. I own multiple residential and commercial properties but have never came across a title company such as unprofessional this. The stuff were rude. The "in house counsel" had issues with the documentations that were "probably bad". His comments were ambiguous and were splitting hairs. He failed provide any clarification until the last minute, then "FYI, we need to this tomorrow." I do Government contracting for a living and I have never came across someone who nitpicks like this. We were getting the run around to change good to nice and nice to good. It was so bad.
