From the moment I started the application process, Carol, Melina, and Gloria were incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Extremely disappointed with this apartment community management team. Maintenance is slow, management rarely follows up, and getting anything fixed requires constant reminders. For the price we pay, the service is far below acceptable standards. Management here is the biggest problem. They don’t respond, don’t communicate, and don’t seem to care about residents at all. Maintenance delays are constant, and issues are brushed off instead of actually being solved. This community has potential, but the management team makes living here incredibly frustrating. Nothing gets handled on time, and residents are left dealing with the consequences. Definitely not worth it. I would not recommend living here unless major changes are made to how the property is managed.

I initially brought to their attention last month my balance on my account is incorrect. I have been expecting a call/email from Carolin (the landlord) or Neela (the accountant) regarding the resolution of this issue. Unfortunately, I never received a callback. As this discrepancy was first raised last month, I am failing to understand why no steps are being taken to rectify it. The prolonged delay and lack of communication have become a source of concern. Despite my efforts, my outstanding balance continues to escalate, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution thus far. We scheduled an appointment to view 1Bed and 2 Bed apartments on Saturday. Due to COVID, we knew that people would like to take care and in other communities one person came to show us apartments and kept 6 ft distance wore masks. In this community, the person was extremely rude, didn't want to respond to our questions, just gave us the key of the apartment. We were okay with that too. But the apartment number on the key was completely wrong. We came up with 2 3 different probabilities and tried those buildings numbers to open the front door. The key didn't work. We ended up seeing nothing, gave the key to the person and told everything and there was no response again. We left the community without seeing any apartment. Today they send us an application form expecting to fill it out!!
