Evergreen Luxury Apartments

I had an amazing experience with this apartment complex from start to finish. The property is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. From the moment I inquired about availability to the day I moved in, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. A special thank you to the leasing agent Jenice who made this entire process smooth and stress-free. Jenice was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. No matter what I needed clarification on, she was quick to respond and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Gerry and Char was absolutely amazing. Gerry did not give up until I found the apartment of my dreams. She worked with me on military discounts and even prayed with me in the apartment. Best experience imaginable. This place takes a stressful moving situation and changes it into a welcome home party. Love this place and the staff. I wish I could give more stars 🌟

I really enjoy living in Evergreen Apartments! I have lived in different apartments in the Merrillville, Hobart area and I do rate Evergreen as one of my top favorites. I do think there should be a major focus on parking for residents. The residents are competing for parking here, it does feel unfair considering we are paying. Visitors should have designated parking areas that are enforced.

Char did an absolutely exceptional job with the application and moving in process! Very informative and attentive when I had questions, very lovely and a gem in her professionalism! I recommend using her as a resource if you find yourself going through the same process! A joy to work with and I have no doubt she’ll do a great job with her future endeavors!
