Love living here’s. It’s not perfect but far better than anything else around. The location is close to all our needs. The apartment itself is roomy and cheerful. The office staff are courteous and helpful. The maintenance team go above and beyond to see that request are addressed quickly, All in all I can said this a great pace to live.

If you’re a senior you got to come to Evergreen of Rockwall. From management to maintenance is amazing and in my 3 years here ( lm going to renew my lease for the 4th time ) they are family. I’m writing the review to bring attention of the on going improvements . Our Evergreen family is making more improvements in one year than previous predecessor in 16 years. Don’t get me wrong management before score high with me but seriously the make over in progress is more than note worthy it’s impressive. If you are looking for a new place to call home don’t waste your time anymore and come check out our home our family. I think you will say this is my home now . I love my apartment at Evergreen Rockwall. I've made wonderful friends here. Enjoy the planned activities. Awesome and responsive staff both in the office and maintenance department. Quiet and well maintained property.

When I first moved in they told me the gate to get into the apartment complex would only work with a land line phone. About a year ago I went ahead and tried it with my cell phone and it worked. Yeah !!! I thought but now after using it for about a year it does not work and they are telling me it has not and will not work with a cell phone. I told them it has been working for a year so now every time we have visitors we have to walk or drive to the gate to let them in. WHATS GOING ON ???
