Quick response about the front door lock pad batteries being low. No hassle maintenance request. Notified when completed.

Spacious bedrooms with a big living room and a kitchen with plenty of space for storage. Nice granite countertops. Bedrooms have skylights and a lot of light. The courtyard is charming and perfect for walking dogs

Its a pretty nice apartment with a gate. Its on casino road but really its not as bad as it once was. The overall apartment tho is pretty spacious and nice but there isn't alot of parking here. They all have pros and cons but overall this place is nice and nicer than most on this road and has a gate and its not super big so you don't have 500 neighbors not even half apartment wise. Those are all a plus in my book.

The maintenance manager came in on his day off to help us with a leaking water heater. Very helpful him and the guy on site.

These apartments are absolutely stunning. My husband and I toured one of their townhome units about a month ago and fell in love. Unfortunately they were just a little out of our budget but, you really won't find any better deal here in Everett. Not to mention the gal in the office is very friendly, respectable and down to earth, which you don't find very often.
