Evelyn was amazing. She walked us through selling both of our homes and then the purchase of our new house. She offered good advice and calmed the ship through the rocky realestate environment. She was patient and promptly returned every call. We called looking for a realtor and left with a true friend who really cared about our family. If we need a realtor again she will be the only person we call.

Evelyn was a pleasure to work with in selling our house. She is very professional and efficient. Kept in contact throughout the process and was always very timely in returning emails, texts or calls. She made the whole process as stress free as possible! I would definitely recommend Evelyn for any real estate needs!

Richard is the worst business manager I have ever met, never calls back and never keeps good time. He didn't care about the needs of the customer. He is a nice guy, just can't run a business. Never any rentals available, do yourself a favor and find one on your own. I did.

Don't waste your time with Richard. I called and asked when I could see one of his properties for rent. He set the time but didn't bother showing up. I waited for 20 minutes then called. He said , "Yeah man, don't know what to tell you. I forgot. I can be there in an hour." I told him I'd already waited 20 minutes and this wasn't professional. He told me to f*** off. If you see the Orona name, just move on. He's not worth the time or trouble.

Had a great time talking with Evelyn on the phone today. She was very attentive and helpful explaining the process to me. Highly recommend!
