The houses are awesome. However the roads are relatively narrow. Cars have a lot of weaving to get around. Most homes are close to each other.

The model homes are beautiful and the Guest Welcome Center extremely well appointed ... the problem with buying here is that it seems 90% of the buyers CANNOT AFFORD the model home configurations, so you are surrounded by the cheaper models with features and furnishings (and smaller lot lines, apparently) that seem to diminish the entire community and probably, property values. A particular peeve we had was the LUDICROUS single regular sized front door, versus DOUBLE DOORS that could be both opened. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? Well, Sherlock, if you want to have the movers bring your couch in the front door (or your piano, armoire, big desk, whatever ... well, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, doing so without SCRAPING THE FINISH off the door frame of the entrance of your house. Million dollar homes with plastic windows. Seriously, if you're going to pay much, you should know what to look for. Scary, if they're cutting costs where you can see, just imagine what they did where you can't see.
