Escalon Townhomes

At first, everything seemed great. Move-in was smooth, the staff was friendly (well, one of them), and the place looked nice. But during my lease, I dealt with a broken central heater during an ice storm, a kitchen sink that collapsed and flooded the floor, and constant spider infestations, I’m still finding cobwebs in my furniture. The move-out process seemed just as smooth. I left a month early but still paid rent. Management praised the unit during the walk-through, saying it looked like no one had even lived there. I was told my full $800+ deposit would be returned within 30 days. That never happened. I emailed, called, no response. Finally got through after weeks of trying. Still no clear answer. Two and a half months later, I received a check for only $300. They claimed the unit

I wasn’t sure about a townhome, but after my conversation with Michael, he changed my mind. He was knowledgeable about the property and the layouts and what to expect since he lives there as well. They have a great office staff. Thank you Escalon Townhomes!!

I tried to keep to myself for the most part, but I was recently helped out by Michael down at the office with a small problem he was able to help me out quickly. He was super cool about it.. That’s not always the case with complexes like this good for him.
