Equity Property Management

I have been calling all week to tour 2 of the properties and have sent inquiries online but no one has gotten back to me or responded. Is there someone I can speak to directly to view an apartment please?

Do NOT move here! I have been here many years and when I say moving is my top priority, that’s an understatement. The leasing office does not care about anything but collecting rent. Miss a payment, they don’t give you a chance to turn it in but when you have a complaint, it goes unanswered. When it comes to your complaints or any maintenance requests, you can forget about it. Maintenance request take months and months to complete, NOISE complaints aren’t taken seriously, dog FECES being left IN the buildings AND outside isn’t taken seriously, neighbors that THREATEN you or the safety of others isn’t taken seriously. They will not return your phone calls or respond to your emails. Just a ghetto place to live through and through and I lost all respect for them. The rent isn’t worth the livi

Three years later and the pool is still inoperable. I have a client out here along with 50 or 60 residents that would love to be able to go to the pool . Good for health and well being. A small playground was put in. Kids appreciate it. But the pool would be nice in this weather for the elderly and children.

I can can only give high praises to equity property management maintenance team especially Mike D he went above and beyond to help my aunt. She is bad bound and we had no way of getting into the house to get to her and Mike D. was nice enough to get a ladder and climb through the window to help us get to her thank thank you very much Mike D You are truly god sent Hopefully you get everything your heart desires

I cannot wait until my lease is up to move. These apartments are an understatement of disappointment. I had no AC over the summer at all and then they tried to ask me to pay some sort of "fees". I have had maintenance requests in for 8 months and have heard nothing. There is 1 maintenance guy for the whole apartment complex. The stairs in the old apartments are molding and falling apart and the posts are literally falling off and they are doing nothing. The staff are rude and act as though you are bothering them. Do not waist your money here. The rent is just as expensive as nice apartments that are new with a washer and dryer. Major disappointment.
