I’ve spent my first week at Envy and the experience has been great so far. A huge shoutout to Cristina! She assisted me with everything regarding touring and leasing, and her customer service was truly top-tier. Caroline and Joel were also very helpful, and I really appreciate their efforts in making the move-in process so smooth. I’m currently in a two-bedroom unit and I’m really enjoying the space and the amenities. The only area where I see room for improvement is the sanitation around the property. Some tenants and neighbors don't always clean up after their pets, which is a bit of an inconvenience if you aren't watching your step. Aside from that, it's a lovely place to live!

I had a great experience living here from August 2023 to February 2026. The staff, especially Joel and Rebecca, were always professional and responsive. Whenever I reached out with a question or needed assistance, they replied quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. I truly appreciate their support during my time here. Thank you for my experience smooth and stress-free.

Cruz did an excellent job completing the work order in my apartment. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fully resolved before leaving. The area was left clean, and the entire process was smooth. I really appreciate the quality of his work and attention to detail!

Update!!!! 1/3/2026 A new amenity for Rest & Recovery has been added called Kinesis Recovery. It was definitely great working with Marcus on my lower back issues. I would definitely recommend for all residents. I moved to Envy from South Carolina in October 2025 without actually physically seeing the space and building. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I love my living space and the amenities they offer. Not to mention the close proximity to the city and so many other places. I also love the volunteer opportunities the space offers. I grew up giving back to the community and participating in service events so I’m thankful that I can be apart of those opportunities here!

Kinesis Recovery is a great new addition to the Rest & Recovery amenities. I worked with Marcus for acupuncture on pain next to my mid back, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what was going on. I noticed real relief after my sessions and felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. I would definitely recommend Marcus and Kinesis Recovery to all residents.
