My experience with this Realty group was exceptional. Their agent Richard Parkhurst not only sold my property, he went above and beyond helping to make my move easier. I was leaving a place I loved and moving a long distance away. So from arranging pickups for donations to delivering smaller items himself, he smoothed the way for me. And when it came time for doing final cleaning for the new buyers inspection, he jumped in to help with both feet. I owe Parky and his wife a huge thank you! Job well done!

Richard (Parky) was our Agent for the house we purchased in St. Augustine. He was professional and great to work with. Honest and thorough, he was able to guide us into what we wanted/needed. He took the time to get to know our family, our needs, and then fit those desires into the right home for us. Never pushy, he always seemed to have time for us. When we went to look at homes, he really made the effort to hear what our likes/dislikes were, and made those changes into our next appointments. This made finding the house of our dreams a great experience. Highest recommendation to Parky and the group!
