Very smooth process from the time I submitted my application to when it was time to sign the lease. Management seems very friendly & shows great communication. The apartment looks great on the inside and super clean compared to other apartments that I went to view before this one…I’m Looking forward to a long term stay here, once I get everything moved in!

Viewed one of the apartments and the property looks great. The office staff are very nice and the grounds look clean. The apartment we viewed was clean and very spacious. Definitely recommend this community.

What can I say? 5/5⭐ and such an amazing place to call home! I'll base this off of living at this property for the last 3 years. My wife and I leased a 3 bedroom on the top floor overlooking the countryside. The apartment is quiet and the neighbors respect quiet hours here. It's an amazing community. The staff is friendly, helpful, and hospitable. They host a ton of events. The property is clean and very well managed and maintained. The pool and grill area are very well thought out, and the gym is functional. I'm glad we decided to live here and call this place home. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in Temple.

Very nice apartments and floor plans 10/10 my mom has been staying here for over 2 years now. I can say Kirby was a great property manager! How things are now being ran by new management I wouldn’t recommend.

When we first signed our lease we expected a first floor. A few days before moving in they told us they couldn’t give us that unit but gave us a month free on the third floor so we took it. The in between was nice. Maintenance was done quickly when it was needed. The foundation for the apartments is starting to shift pretty bad. Then when it came to moving out one more month was added on. They told us they lost that paper and gave us less than a week to move out when we expected till the end of the month. They did not do anything for this even when we brought up our move in asking them if they could arrange for them to take another unit at least for now. Overall not the worst it’s a good place to live. But both the move in and move out process was a bit extra for no reason
