Houses are nice and neighborhood, too, but the warranty service is awful. I reported an issue with the toilet the next day after closing, and they said I need to fix it myself because it is homeowner maintenance. This is not right. How come you get into a new home and have to fix things immediately. Bbsg always close items stating homeowners maintenance. They said that because we didn't flush and check all the toilets on the walkthrough, it's on us. Same thing with the windows, when we closed there was no sod so we didn't clean the exterior of them as there was clay all over the place. After the sod was installed, we cleaned up and then found that everything was scratched. Again, bbsg said it's on you because you didn't see it in the walkthrough. I live right next to Brookside, which IMO is gonna be a nice sub-division with one flaw, hence the 4 stars. They need more entrance/exits. I don't know the final plan, but as of right now, it would he a small pain going in & out.

I have been recently staying here with a friend. I am looking to move into a new building here soon. Hopefully going to be working with the one and only, Lauren Johnson. AND TEAM.... LOL.

A friend of my just purchased a lovely home there for himself and his wife..They actually downsized and found this to be the ideal home for them..very beautiful homes according to theirs.
