Enclave 50

We lived in a ground-floor apartment at Enclave 50 for one year. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The apartments are clean and well-maintained. We definitely appreciated having gas cooking and tiled bathtubs. The community is very quiet with plenty of parking. We met some really nice folks and lots of dog owners. Brian, the property maintenance manager, is very kind and efficient – anything you need, he responds immediately. Snow removal was quick and effective. The leasing managers, MaryBeth and Chris are fantastic. They are both very responsive to your requests, very cordial, and they really work well together to ensure that your living experience is satisfactory. Leasing Consultants Chris and MaryBeth have been nothing short of amazing from the beginning of applying for an apartment. Through my stay here at Enclave50, they are consistently quick to respond back and following up to any of your questions and always finding a solution to any concern, they are so friendly, and accommodating. They truly are a pleasure to deal with and I can tell they really care about their tenants needs along with all those interested looking to live in these beautiful apartments! They go above and beyond and it’s always a positive interaction which is so refreshing! We absolutely love it here. We love our apartment and the ease that comes with apartment living. We had an issue that we needed to communicate with Patti about on multiple occasions. Each time we were met with Grace, patience and understanding to resolve the issue so both parties have a pleasant experience. We have lived in many apartments and Enclave 50 is by far the best when it comes to property management. Thank you

I enjoy living here and have not had any complaints. Any maintenance requests I have had have been handled incredibly quickly. Management is also very quick to respond to messages and the grounds are not crowded when I'm out to walk my dog. Ground floor apartment living means that you will hear life going on above you but it's not offensive in any way and comes with the territory. Highly recommend!

Nice luxurious apartment, stayed here for a year until they decided to raise rent by 10% to renew my lease. The other downside is that I could not sleep properly because it’s right by the highway/route 50 and cars/loud motorcycles/music was constant at night.
