Showcase Homes of Malta

Awful. My house has been sitting for two months and has already had wild animals in it because they left it unfinished. They do not have enough employees and keep taking on more work. They get paid when the house gets delivered and then they move on to the next one before it’s completed. I don’t even know if it will be done before winter now. They shouldn’t have accepted delivery of the house if they were too busy to finish it. I am Now paying for a loan and don’t have a house to show for it. My house sits like this. Dangerous and open to critters. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Building a house during COVID certainly had its challenges, but the staff at Showcase made the experience as smooth as possible! We were so thankful to have Patty as our point-person. She was attentive, receptive, and timely with getting us answers to our questions. Her warm personality and genuine interest in our project made us feel like we were in good hands. Adam's extensive experience with ALL forms of residential construction gave us confidence that our turn-key package would be done right.
