Winner's Circle at Saratoga

My experience at Winner's Circle has been nothing short of amazing. I went into the main office to inquire about applying for an apartment and met with Alisyn. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, as well as enthusiastic about the property. She was also incredibly patient with all of my questions. I decided to move forward after meeting with her. During the application process, Jordan was very attentive, sending me pertinent information so that I could submit all of the required paperwork in a timely manner. She sent a clear breakdown of all costs, and was very transparent throughout. All communication was encouraging, friendly and very efficient. I am moving into my new apartment in the next couple of months and am thrilled to be a new addition to the Winner's Circle Comm

Very Happy. We highly recommend if looking at living in this area to tour these units. We are building house in area and needed a comfortable housing situation during construction. We found it at winners circle. We did tour tour several places in Saratoga/Milton/Ballston Spa area - all are very nice with Winners circle being the nicest to meet our needs. Private entrance, private garage, parking, quite development, weekly private refuse/recyclable pick up. Interesting? - its probably the most detailed (50 +/- pages?) lease and associated documents have ever signed for rental! The upside is no one can ever say they didn't know and it protects both lease holder and corporation that owns development, the downside - takes forever to read through. I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The community is friendly and the staff is always helpful. This past weekend, the management team organized a wonderful Fall Festival event for residents. I actually own a photobooth business and thought it would be a great addition to the event. I reached out to the community manager, Jordan Seymour, just a day before (and near the end of the business day), and she immediately took action. Once she learned I was a resident, she went above and beyond speaking with her team right away to get me involved, helping support both me as a resident and my business, and even making sure I was compensated for my services. Winner’s Circle is great! Convenient commute for the military members (large presence) who don’t want too much of their time wasted on the drive home, especially not after a long day of work. As well, you will be close to the Y, a highschool track, grocery store, and the recently opened Chipotle. The layout of the place itself is great for a walk or jog around the circle. It’s a nice community and the staff are kind people. Shoutout to Julia for her kindness and understanding. She helped resolve and address my concerns, allowing me to enjoy my time here! I would highly recommend Winner’s Circle!

We have had such a positive experience with all staff members from day 1. Laura, Ally and Jordan were so helpful and pleasant. Jordan was really prompt with responding to our emails and questions. I can’t recall everyone’s name, but they have all been professional and friendly.
