Emhurst Lake Apartments

I like this Apartment, staying here since 6 months . They conduct regular maintenance . The apartments are spacious and lake side view from balcony is gorgeous. No issues with parking also for guests as plenty parking space . Gym is well equipped. The management is good and they listen to you .

I have lived here 15 years. I have a lake view apartment, which is beautiful 3 out of the 4 seasons Sarah is awesome, as is Diane. They both do an amazing job. If you have kids, keep in mind, there is NO playground and the parking lot doesn't count. Maintenance is fair unless it's an emergency. The only call is a complete joke. A few try their best and do as much as they can to keep things up. Winters are the worst. Snow removal stinks. They clean the steps and the "X" the rest sucks. Be prepared to cross country ski and ice skate across the parking lot. Just remember, this will be your home and it IS an apartment. No one wants unruly neighbors.

This is interesting. I fail to understand this. They allow you to have a co-signer if you are not employed for a year and don’t earn. Jobless. Jobless!!! And you get an apartment. But if you just got employed like a few months ago and don’t make 5000 a month you cannot get a co-signer to cover the remaining 400 to 500 less that you make lesser than 5000 a month. You rather have jobless people live there than people who fall short by 500. What’s the logic in that? Is there some legal thing that I am missing on. Or is this some kind of a joke. Jobless people get accommodation with co-signers???? What!!!!!

I lived here for 1 year.. Everything was in the best order.. the apartment was clean and everything worked great.. I had no problems with the staff, on the contrary, everyone was very kind and full of respect! I enjoyed living here and I recommend it to everyone!

Great place to stay with your family or if you are single. Flexible leasing options provided and affordable rent. The location is close to all the big companies like Abbott, Abbvie, Medline etc. and When it comes to the leasing office the people are very friendly and also the emergency maintenance is quick to respond whenever you need them. 0.5 miles from Walmart, , Aldi, Chipotle, BWW, Dunkin.... 1.5 miles from Indian Store. 3 miles to Lewis Fresh Market.
