Robin has been so helpful from start to finish — super kind, personable, and professional. She’s very attentive to detail and made the entire process of applying for an apartment fast and easy! It’s also a huge plus that she speaks fluent Spanish, which made communication even smoother. She was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure everything went perfectly from beginning to end. The area is also very safe compared to other parts of Waukegan, and the apartment itself is surprisingly spacious for the price. It’s been a relief to live in a more calmer and quieter neighborhood with friendly staff and neighbors.
