Chateau Royale Apartments

As I move out today, I wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Joe for making my stay here exceptional. Previously, I lived in a modern apartment that, while nice, was far more expensive. Having heard only positive reviews from many colleagues about this building and Joe as the landlord, I decided to move here—and I’m very glad I did. This apartment complex offers great value, with attractive interiors and several recently renovated units. The cost was significantly lower than my previous apartment, yet the quality was just as high. I was fortunate enough to secure an updated unit, which was a wonderful bonus. My decision to live here was largely to save for a future home purchase, and I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. The only reason I am leaving

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe place to live. The landlord Mr. Hughes is very considerate and accommodating.

DO NOT move into this place — I’m warning you for your own good. I lived here for years, and it was a nightmare. The landlord is incredibly rude and dismissive. I reported mold growing behind the walls, and instead of taking responsibility, he tried to blame it on me, the tenant, even confused me with a different tenant who had mold in their apartment — even after having maintenance clean it and it came back. That’s not a surface problem. That’s mold inside the structure I was in apartment 320 just an fyi. To make it worse, this place is deeply unsettling — and I don’t say that lightly. My children and I began experiencing paranormal activity, and it all started after a strange woman began walking past our door who lives in the building!!!! and muttering fast prayers directly at it. It is an old building but well maintained by the owner/landlord Joe Hughes. He's probably the most involved landlord you can ask for. Most landlords are not as fast to respond to maintenance requests but Mr. Hughes is on another level. Accommodating, fair, and generous. The team that he has formed reflects how much he cares about this complex and its tenants.

Highly recommend👍!!! The Property Manager Joseph Hughes is very kind, helpful, considerate and professional. With very friendly, helpful and quiet neighbors.
