Fox Crest Apartments

To whom it may concern. I am a tenant of Fox Crest apartment together with my father. I went to the office first to discuss certain complaints and suggested and gave ideas of others, I've been living here for 2 years and a half. My mom and dad for almost 14 years. When mom passed, age 82. I took over a few things and chores and my dad noticed what it was. Mom never asked for the things she needed, when they would have inspections done, and always wanted to do things on her own way... Ik they have to follow a protocol as employees, I spoke to the management and tell them the things that needed to be done inside the apt. I'm glad my dad went to the office, things were clarified few days later, pest control came also because there was a situation with spiders that hatched. While waiting

I have lived here for over 4 and a 1 years, and it's probably one of the best decisions I made with Joel and his maintenance team. And then I also have Nina, who does a bang-up job as a leader at first. I was a little hesitant because I was so close to Brenda, but she has gone above and beyond for us. And it shows what the dog parking in place and getting cleaned up because of Joel and his maintenance team William Andreas. I appreciate them. I appreciate Nina and her team. Especially Gio, he does a great job as well. I can see why he's being developed to be a general manager. He's fantastic with But people, he listens to people as well as Nina does. I would not recommend Foxcrest Apartments to anyone in the Lake County area. I reported mold in my HVAC system over a month ago and received little to no response. Emails and calls have gone unanswered, and although the property manager, Nina, said she would follow up, I never heard back. After testing my HVAC and carpet following a leak, the results came back positive for mold. I’m extremely disappointed that my health and the health of neighbors with young children are not being taken seriously. It’s unacceptable that Foxcrest and Monarch Investment Company have failed to address this issue.

This place is a horrible place to live in. I have high standards when it comes to my living. I moved from Michigan and the whole time living here. I've seen roaches, mice, I found a bee hives in my bathroom, bees all summer, I even got stung by one, bugs, stray cats. I could never sit on the patio because of all of the stray cat. This is the worst THE HOLE APARTMENTS IS INFESTATION WITH MOLD, MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, BEDROOM and who knew where else. I was so hurt and hated been there. This should be enough because I'm not going to go into the people in the office. All I'll say is bless them.

I love living here I’ve been here two years and the office staff always helps me when I need it. Maintenance is always quick to fix my issues. Kathy is also very helpful, she always makes sure my questions are answered.
