Emerson Hill Apartments

The trash room light has been out for over 2 months. After a month I submitted a maintenance request that I never received a response to, I waited 2 weeks and emailed the manager and i did receive a response saying it would be fixed that week. It has been 2 weeks since and it is still not fixed.

They do not fix anything around here in a timely manner. The light in the garbage room has been out for over a month and they haven’t done anything about it. They said it would be fixed but that was 3 weeks ago.

I get how it can be frustrating not hearing back from a possible rental property but they honestly don't deserve these negative reviews. The apartment and grounds are clean even upon move in and they are very timely when it comes to maintenance, even if it's something as small as a door latch. Wonderful management and great communication.

When I started looking at this property, I looked at the reviews and laughed because all the good ones were from people who lived there and the bad from those who wanted to live here but couldn’t get calls and emails returned. Now I see how frustrating this is because I’ve reached out 4-5 times via phone and I never get a response or call back. I’ve left messages and emails that are never returned. I’m sure this a great property but the management is horrendous.

Refused my full deposit the manager Garret Meyer this guy lair person 🙄 but we'll see court room soon as possible
