Emerald Pointe Apartments

Random men come knocking at your door at three in the morning. Only been here for not even a year and I know no one here so I don’t know why random people are knocking. Also car was broken into to. Police do not care here they treat you like you are lower than them. Can’t wait till my lease is over to get out this hell. Roaches also. I keep my house spotless form me and my newborn and I find them everywhere. Never have I felt so unsafe sleep with a weapon to protect my newborn incase the knocking turns into something worse. I may sound extreme or exaggerated but this is what I’ve been going through.

Ugly apts inside and out and they just taking people money for the application fee 35 and the deposit is 150 and they say you can have it back but it’s all lies they just want your money and take it and never give it back don’t recommend at alll

Horrible boarded my dogs up for over 24/hrs after voicing my concerns n pain but she wasn’t ready that same day so she made us wait over 24/ hrs to have her come give us keys to locks she changed and then still boarded up everything while dogs where crying n crying due to no water or rest room break cuz my dog is potty trained and had to hold it till couldn’t and was covered in her poop and my heart broke .

I lived here June 2022-June 2023, I loved my stay. Friendly office & maintenance staff, they always fixed any issues I had living here. Parking wasn’t always an issue, only around the weekends after 6pm I’d say. The apartment itself did have roaches but granted a huge apartment complex with many people around, it didn’t bother me too much. Some good pinsol and bay leaves around the place will keep them away. I really liked my unit, nice flooring and very spacious. I lived in between building 25/26 everyone was nice and quiet. I hear horror stories of this apartment complex and I didn’t experience anything that I have heard. Nice place to move in when first starting out! Good people, neighborhood, and prices! 🙏🏻

Great place to live nice home in side no roaches no problems nice neibors quick to fix any issues clean wash room locked mail room and laundry room cameras every where And manager very nice lady and understanding with you.. All BILLS PAID COLD A/C HOT WATER I RECOMMEND!!
