If I could give a 0 I would. The management of this apartment is the worst all the way up the Heather, the regional manager. I lived herr from Nov of 2024 to Nov of 2025. Management lies on their residents, overcharge on late fees and keeps your money. I asked before I put the deposit down if it was refundable and I was told by Sandra it was. I had to put down $500 I moved out at the end of my lease and they refused to refund it, (which they refused to renew my lease becaue I called the city on them regarding all the windows being sealed shut in my apartment and the flea infestation caused by the stray cats that they also refused to do anything about). Do NOT move here if you want to a safe and clean place to live. Management is a mess and unprofessional. They will use their keys to enter your apartment in the middle of the day with no prior notice. I had to literally yell at them to not enter because I was not clothed and she still tried to push through me to enter. Super illegal especially with no notice beforehand. Major roach, rats, ants, and bee problem and have not had a single pest control person come by and spray over the year that I stayed here. Roaches will swarm all over the walls and counters as soon as the lights are off. Dog park is covered with weeks old dog droppings and makes the entire complex smell horrible. I rate a five star to embers apartment. Staff in the office are always there when needed. The embers apartment is a great place to live. There are renovations all the time since I lived here I am grateful with my two kids and my puppy I feel safe and at home. Very affordable and maintnance is helpful and friendly.

I do not recommend these apartment when we moved in it was absolute hell apartment was not ready so move in date was pushed back at the last minute they are infested with mice and cockroaches and when something has to get fixed lately you have to practically beg them. They did not clean i had to do that myself when moving in. ac was out for a week and a half and the kitchen cabinet they painted over all the rat poop and dead cockroaches and yes i have all the pictures.It’s gonna be a long 12 months for us wish us luck.

Worst place to rent from. Management is a joke. Maintenance is a joke. Run down, moldy, Jerry rigged, and bandaid fixes on everything. Been asking for lease renewal for about a month now and been told I'll get it but to no surprise I find out last minute I'm not getting a renewal. No wonder literally everyone is moving out around me. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
