I recommend you read reviews from various websites. Yelp, Apartmentratings.com and others. Why are there so many 1 or 2 Star reviews? My reason for moving here was not the complex or apartment itself. After living in AZ for several years, I needed cooler temps, a coastal breeze. Other complexes in the area did not have vacancies at the time I was looking. There are now newer, better and QUALITY options in the area! Before signing a lease here, walk around the complex, checkout the surroundings at different times, after hours, on the weekends and talk to current tenants. Many tenants complain knowing things will not improve and have settled. Others just decide to move. Onsite manager Candi has no authority or power. So you'll get talk with no action. Worst apartment complex by the beach. Way overpriced for a really noisy unpeaceful place. 1. It’s by the damn freeway so you can hear every single engine that passes by, especially obviously the noisier cars too. 2. It’s not gated so there’s homeless and robbers coming in all the time. 3. It’s terribly built, all the doors in the house make it sound like you blew a firework when you open it, the walls are cracking every 5 minutes, if you’re downstairs you can hear the wood that creaks with every step someone takes. 4. The garages are LOUD when people open them and vibrate the whole building 5. The way you handled the replacing of the parking lot is shameful and tells me I’m better going to another apartment at the end of my lease. I only received one notice six days before without a secondary. Also no forewarning that our parking spots would change. Worst is the towing of my vehicle. But the fact you contract with a towing company with a bad reputation that severely overcharged is another thing. This place lacks common sense and proper managing skills. More than once I’ve dealt with the smell of marijuana in the complex despite requests to fix the issue. Anybody reading this should consider better places to go.

Really enjoyed living here, even if it was for a short time. The property manager Candi was also very nice and helpful whenever I had any questions. I would highly recommend this place to others.

We moved from two states away and without seeing the apartment in person, and I just say we are in paradise. The grounds are well kept the apartment itself is cool and well kept. As for management… well they couldn’t have been more accommodating especially with our large moving truck and trailer. They stayed late upon arrival which could’ve been another hotel night but they made sure we were welcomed home. Oh and the price is literally less than 3k for a large 2 bedroom 2 bath so I’d say paradise is a great way to explain this place.
