Elán Oceano Apartments

I recently moved here a year ago and have had a great experience living at this complex, and a big reason why is the manager, Natasha. She is absolutely the best! Professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, Natasha handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. It really makes a difference to have management that is so attentive and reliable. Highly recommend this complex because of her!

We had such a wonderful experience touring Elan Oceano today, all thanks to Michaela Cunningham! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and informative throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Natasha and her team have done a phenomenal job with the property. One of the best properties in the area and you get a lot of great amenities with the rent. I love my apartment and living here has been great.
