Not sure where all the bad reviews comd from but i beg to differ. Been renting for over 3 years now & have yet to have any major problem. As long as you keep your dang apartment clean and abide by the terms of your lease/rental agreement you will have ZERO problems. Response time to have anything fixed & or checked on is immaculate. Had a small leak coming in & within 3 days we had a whole brand new roof. Dont be miguided by the “bad” reviews , im sure most came from people who can never own up to there own faults or cant take care of an apartment like a normal adult & get mad with the consequences. I guarantee you will be completely satisfied doing ANY business with this amazing company .

Horrible people, lazy management, they try and intimidate you raising their voice and with threats (they’re really not tough) don’t take care of anything at all within their property and they try and test you over the phone, disgusting attitude towards their tenants and are profoundly ignorant. Not worth the trouble they try and put you thru because they’ll play victim and they try their best to get you out of character. I also made a complaint and the next day they purposely had my car towed out of its designated parking spot. They will try you by any means. They hit low every opportunity they can and they will try to be combative as far as property management goes.

I would give less than 1 if possible. Less than Minimal communication between departments. Rent was paid electronically, but still received notices because AR was not informed of electronic payments until I made several calls to fix the error. This occurred for 3 monthsApartment was filthy upon move-in, and nothing on my repair requests have been even evaluated in the year. Severe rodent infestation for over 6 months, property constantly filthy and unkept. Locks on doors to building don't always secure; parking is lot nothing but giant potholes; snow removal is negligible, ice treatments are non-existent; And currently can't be reached because number has changed, and no new contact posted or communicated. Stay far away if you can.

Very pleasant experience. Son rented 1st. apartment from this company today. Sign sealed delivered with keys in hand today. Made it a very comfortable experience for him while providing patience and understanding through the entire process. Would like to thank Shayla aka"Shiela"..lol as well as Tim for time. Love the apartment as well as amenities! Would highly recommend.

Had to sue to get security back. Tried bullying and lying. Ended up caving at court like a wet paper bag. Even their lawyer said the owner was difficult to work with. Avoid at all costs.
