If you want to be sleepless or live in fear of harm from a sociopathic neighbor, you should consider taking this property. If not, look elsewhere. My upstairs neighbor is stomping and banging as I write this review and lay awake waiting for some quiet to be able to sleep at all after a long day at work! I’ve been stalked by my upstairs neighbor since I moved in less than 2 months ago, and tortured with loud banging noises all night. I’ve not had even one full night of sleep since I moved in. The neighbor also uses their dogs to harass me whenever I step out or return home. The apartment minimized my complaints and ignored me. Then they finally called when the Spanish speaking upstairs neighbor called to lie that I’ve been the one banging on the roof, and they took sides with him. It too

Living at Elme Watkins Mill Apartments has been a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family-friendly, making it a very comfortable place to call home. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, offering everything needed for convenient, everyday living. There’s ample parking space, which is a huge plus. Most importantly, the leasing office team is outstanding — they are always professional, attentive, and truly care about the well-being of every resident. The only good interaction I had was at the pool with the lifeguard. The smell of marijuana is rampant and cars constantly speed in the neighborhood. I saw a couple dogs off their leash just roaming around too. The management keeps the area clean and maintain everything but you have to be careful coming here alone at night.

We have been living in this community since September 2024 (so almost 3 months) and we are having the worst time. We regret agreeing to live here, We have emailed the community staff multiple times about the ongoing issues we are having with out rent/contract. We even walked up to the leasing center to try to speak with someone and they had their office closed DURING open office hours without notice. Terrible communication on their part. We are not happy at all.
