2/10 do not recommend for several reasons, but the biggest reason is they scam you when you move out on your final move out statement. Look at past reviews and you’ll see this is a continuous issue. They will nickel and dime you for all of your money, even if you were clean and good tenants. The pool and leasing office is nice, that’s about it. We got an updated apartment with new appliances which was nice. These are not smoke free apartments so you will get cigarette and marijuana smells in your home from neighbors, and management could care less. The grounds are gross. A lot of people don’t pick up their dog waste and there was even dog waste in park where kids play. When the dumpsters get full, there is literally trash all over the place, it’s disgusting. Small development which makes nice. Its clean and very friendly. Neighbors are quite.Maintenance has been timely, knowledge and polite. Front office has been just as pleasant as everyone else. This is a nice a it's quite.

Management is incompetent, the apartments are falling apart, and the maintenance watches TV in the leasing office all day. They have problems with the pipes, the cleaning lady is having love relationship at the shack and some more issues. The staff is completely incompetent.

Yes I highly recommend living here I have a moving in all week and finally here to live as of last night the staff helping you get everything together to move here was wonderful I love my apartment everything is perfect perfect size everything great condition I love it here so far

The property manager of this community is top-notch. Suzie is professional, polite, and patient with residents. For over seven years that I have lived in this community, I have not found a single roach. Congratulations to Suzie and your team.
